The Southeastern Nanotechnology Infrastructure Corridor (SENIC) housed at the Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology at Georgia Tech is hosting a series of online technical seminars on Thursdays during the month of July, from 11am - 12pm, open to the academic and industrial community with an interest in cleanroom fabrication and processing for materials, biological, and electronics research.

This weekly webinar will feature talks by SENIC Ambassadors. SENIC Ambassadors are faculty members from different academic institutions who support SENIC user programs and interests on their individual campuses. They are also active users of SENIC facilities. This series will cover presentations on their current research topics.

    Krishna Wins Facebook Research Faculty Award for Second Straight Year

    ECE Assistant Professor Tushar Krishna has been chosen as one of the recipients of the Facebook Research Faculty Award for AI System Hardware/Software Co-Design. Krishna was among the nine winners who were selected from 132 worldwide submissions. This is the second year in a row that Krishna has won this award.

    Herrmann Honored with 2025 SEG Reginald Fessenden Award

    Felix Herrmann is the recipient of the 2025 Reginald Fessenden Award, presented by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG). He is receiving this award with Charles (Chuck) Mosher, of ConocoPhillips, which recognizes their pioneering work in the development and application of compressive sensing (CS) in seismology.

In addition, IEN serves as the Coordinating Office for the NNCI network.
